It landed on the outskirts of a quiet town, just outside a sheep farm: a pod with a creature beyond this world sent to end all life as humanity know it and make way for the species that sent it to terraform Earth.  The Eyeless is the perfect hunter, with heightened senses that draw it to its prey like a hog to truffles.  Its only weakness, as its title suggests, is that it lacks eyes.  In silence, you have a chance.
